How can I gain access to ChartGuide Tools?

Once you sign up, visit our member portal and submit your TradingView username. Access will be granted within 1 business day.

If the indicators don’t appear in your TradingView account after that, please reach out via Discord. Our support team will assist you promptly.

Why don't I have access?

Make sure you entered the correct TradingView username when signing up. If it’s correct, try refreshing your browser or app and check your indicators menu in TradingView again.

If you recently created a TradingView account, it may take 5–10 minutes to be indexed in TradingView’s system. If you're still facing issues, contact us on Discord for support.

What is the Multiplier in your indicator?

The multiplier in our indicator is based on backtested results and varies for different trading pairs. You can use these multipliers to maximize your profits, as they help optimize risk and position sizing.

The multiplier is customizable, meaning what works best for one pair may not be ideal for another. That’s why we provide different multipliers—so you can adjust your strategy for each market and trade with the highest profit potential.

When is a signal confirmed?

A signal is confirmed on ChartGuide once the candle closes, marking the end of its time period and the start of the next candle.

Does ChartGuide support automatic trading? Yes, if you purchase the bot, you can automate it using platforms like Wunderbit, 3Commas, PineConnector, or Signum for a seamless trading experience.

Can Muslims use ChartGuide Indicaator?

Yes, Muslims can use our indicator because it is designed for spot market trading, where you own the asset. It does not involve interest (Riba), making it Shariah-compliant.

Which markets and timeframes does ChartGuide Indicator work on?

No, ChartGuide is not for MetaTrader. Our indicators work exclusively on TradingView, available on both the website and mobile app (Android & iOS).

However, we offer techniques to send automated signals from ChartGuide to MetaTrader 4 and 5.
